Prof. Dr. Mirja Minor is a full professor (W2) in business information systems at the computer science department of Goethe University Frankfurt. She received her PhD on Experience Management wit Case-Based Assistant Systems” at Humbold University in Berlin, Germany, and worked as a researcher at the University of Trier, Germany, and at the Center for Advanced Research of Pricewaterhouse Coppers, San Jose, California. In 2010 she received the postdoctoral degree (Habilitaton in Business Information Systems) with a thesis on agile workflow management. Her main research interests include case-based reasoning, cloud computing, workflow management, information extraction, artificial intelligence and knowledge management. Her word is published in international journals and conferences in the fields of informatics and business information systems. She serves the community as a member of several program committees, as organizer of international workshops and conferences, and as the speaker of the special interest group on Knowledge Management of the German Association of Computer Science (GI). She has led research projects with third-party funding form the German Research Foundation (DFG) and the German Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF).
