Ingo Franz is a Business Angel and Sparring’s Partner to Businesses, Entrepreneurs and Investors for building and scaling companies. Currently he is also a Venture Partner to Creathor Venture, a leading European venture fund, and coach to High-Tech Gründerfonds, the German Seed investor in young high-tech start-ups. Franz worked 15+ years in the international Venture Capital and Private Equity industry with focus on IT, Internet, Software and high-tech engineering. Prior to his current roles he was Managing Director for 10 Years at Creathor Venture, Investment Director with 3i Group plc and Investment Manager at Technologieholding VC. Ingo Franz has been board member and lead investor in German, French, US companies driving significant fund raisings and exits including IPO and trade-sale transactions. He holds a master’s degree in engineering from the Technical University of Darmstadt and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the University of St. Gallen.
