Nicloas Rädecke is CEO and shareholder of Deutsche Unternehmerbörse Dub.de GmbH, the online portal for entrepreneurs. DUB offers the largest private marketplae for companies and and crowdinvesting platform for young and fast growing companies.

Before joining DUB, Nicolas worked in Private Equity, Investment Banking and founded his own company. Thanks to these experiences, he has brought insight into founding, financing and selling companies.

For the Unibator, he organised startup competitions and advises on financings.
